Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders can be picked up at our establishment (free of charge), or sent by a transport courier. We deliver within the peninsula in express mode (24 hours from the date of collection) or normal (72 hours). We also ship to Europe and the rest of the world.

The manufacturing and shipping times are shown during the purchase process. For those products that require a complex manual process (retouching, custom-made), the manufacturing time may be extended, especially if unexpected problems arise. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email and/or telephone.

Returns

The customer may return an item within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, with the right to a full refund of the cost of the items received, and without giving any reason for the return (although we would be grateful if you could give us a reason to improve our service).

The original shipping costs and those incurred by the return shall be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal may NOT be exercised in the following cases provided for in Article 45 of the spanish Commercial Law:

Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

This applies to all products in the "My Art" and "My Image" sections, as well as any others that are custom-made or made from customer material.

In case of defective or broken products due to transport, it must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the material, along with the delivery note.

If the product is defective or broken, but it is not due to transport, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the material.

Return request through the web

1. Request a refund

  • Log in to your user account (click on your name at the top right of the page).
  • Click on "Order history and details".
  • Click on the order for which you wish to return items.
  • Below the order list, the information relating to the selected order will have been uploaded. Select the item(s) to be returned, as well as their quantity. Fill in the text field with the reason for the return (only mandatory in cases where the law guarantees a refund of the purchase).
  • Click on the button to request a refund.

2. Wait until you receive the return authorization and print it.

3. Deliver or send us the goods including a printed copy of the return authorisation. If this is not possible, please include a letter/paper with your details, the order details (order reference, date) and the return authorisation reference.

Request for refund by other procedures

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter) stating this:

  • Withdrawal intention. We recommend the following formulation: I hereby inform you that I withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following goods/provision of the following service.
  • Client's name
  • Customer's address
  • Order number/reference
  • Date of receipt of order
  • Customer's signature (if submitted on paper)

To exercise this right, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise on your part is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with instructions on how to make the return.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The products that are admitted, prior agreement with martiarte.com, for exchange, must be sent in perfect condition, without any kind of label and perfectly suitable for sale. If they included original packaging, this must also be included in perfect condition in the shipment.

Terms in Spanish. Translation of terms

It is the express will of the parties, that these terms and any documents directly or indirectly related to them shall be in spanish. Any translation of these Terms and Conditions of Shipment is provided solely for your convenience and is not intended to modify these Terms and Conditions of Shipment. In the event of any conflict between the spanish language version of these Terms and Conditions of Shipment and the non-spanish language version, the spanish language version shall prevail.
